Audio-RefMatch does not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. This does not limit any statutory rights or refunds available under Paddle’s policy.
Visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose the refund option, or use the support link in your purchase receipt. Have your purchase email and transaction reference ready. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Statutory rights and digital delivery
Mandatory withdrawal and refund rights depend on your location. Where applicable, consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and UK may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right. For digital content, an exception may apply after supply begins with the required express consent and acknowledgement. Merely visiting this website does not waive your rights.
